We wanted to write and say thank you for the absolutely wonderful remodeling job you did to our pool after it was damaged badly by [our] former pool maintenance company. I wish the pool maintenance company would take a lesson for A-Bear Pool Innovations and do exactly what they were contracted to do without damaging the pool and then walking out and saying it was everybody else's fault but their own.
Our relationship with you started almost 3 years ago when we had you build our tropical paradise in the back yard. You have always treated our backyard and pool like it was your own and people generally marvel at the oasis you created when they come to our home.
Since that time, you have been the utmost professionals in pool construction and equipment maintenance. You have also been back to make enhancements because you knew we would like them and it would give us even more joy than we already had.
I'm writing this letter to specifically tell you that our gratitude is boundless. The pools looks great again and we called the maintenance service you recommended who will start this week.
Please feel free to share this letter with anybody who is considering your company for construction of a pool. We've had 2 different pool builders in the past and nobody holds a candle to the service and quality offered by A-Bear!
