Where do i start! We were in the market for a pool and interviewed 3 other pool companies (2 national and one local), and were just driving by Abear Pools and decided to give them a call. From the initial phone call with Janet and Scott, to meeting them in person, we were amazed at their customer service and attention to details. Being a small business owner myself, I could not be more impressed through the entire process, and I enjoy supporting local businesses. It started with a phone call and then Scott (the owner) came to our house to envision our dream pool (he was spot on!). We merged both our ideas and his expertise into a design. We then went to his office, and they had a presentation of what our new pool would look like with the exact dimensions. They explained an estimated time frame and the entire process. After HOA approval, our pool was dug, shelled, and looked like a pool within a week. Within 8 weeks everything was completed. Remember, we live in the Houston area so be prepared for some delays because of rain- cant control mother nature! Throughout the process, Joel communicated the entire way via text or calls (he was great too!). Told me when they were coming, what they were doing, and how long each step would take. The companies workers that were working on the pool were all very friendly, communicative, and respectful as well. After our pool was complete, we have nothing but high praises for Scott, Janet, Joel, and the rest of the crew at Abear pools. They come highly recommended from us and we are nothing but pleased with our final results. Thank you A-Bear pools for your hard work and dedication to your craft!
